- FLEXIBLE GEL PACK: Uniquely designed to provide complete shoulder coverage, the Arctic Flex gel pack remains flexible when frozen, comfortably contouring to the shoulder for optimal relief. The leakproof gel pack utilizes a nontoxic gel that can also be used for heat therapy to minimize muscle spasms, increase circulation and improve mobility.
- EASY INFLATION SYSTEM: A small, detachable hand inflation pump allows wearers to inflate the air bladder to a comfortable level of compression. Quickly deflate the integrated air bladder with the push release valve at the base of the hand pump. Secure the pump to the shoulder support with the small integrated strap to prevent it from dangling or remove the pump and air hose after closing the main air valve.
- ADJUSTABLE FIT: Constructed with a comfortable polyester blend, the versatile design is suitable for men and women and is easily worn over lightweight clothing or directly on the skin. The latex-free shoulder support secures with two strong fastener straps with integrated D-rings for an adjustable fit. Accommodates chest sizes up to 60”.
We have a 30-day return policy on items that have never been used, that have the original tags, and a proof of purchase.
However, some items can be exchanged or returned depending on the item and the reason for the return. Typically, this is due to the item being defective or not working within 30 days of your order.
Items that are NOT exchangeable or returnable after being used include, but are not limited to the following:
~ Needles, syringes, needle containers, diabetic supplies, etc. wound care dressings, bandaids, bandages, gauze, etc.
~ Lotions, balms, oil, any liquid, or gelDiapers, bed pads, sheets, urinary supplies, etc.
~ Open boxed items that are meant to be sterile or used for PPE
~ Other items deemed harmful and contaminated if used
~ Any item deemed non-returnable by management.
