Eclypse Foot SuperAbsorbent Dressing is a highly absorbent SAP dressing, designed for high capacity wound exudate management. The Eclypse dressing is designed to absorb fluid, reduce potential leaks, and reduce risk of maceration.
- Soft and conformable, patients will experience a comfortable, secure fit
- Can be used safely under compression thanks to an added layer that spreads exudate evenly across the dressing, reducing sub-bandage pressure.
- Water resistant backing prevents strike-through
- CrystaLock technology locks away bacteria to prevent the risk of infection
- Market leading range of sizes provides clinically effective dressing choices
Indications:
- Moderate to heavily exuding wounds including: Venous Leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, sloughy wounds, granulating wounds, post operative sutured or dehisced wounds, fungating wounds, donor site management
- Eclypse can be used as a Primary dressing on wounds where exudate management is required in a clean wound.

Contraindications:
- Do not use Eclypse Adherent on arterial bleeds and heavily bleeding wounds
- Do not cut Eclypse Adherent or use if allergic to silicone
FAQ About Eclypse Super Absorbent Dressings
Can Eclypse® be used as both a primary and secondary dressing? Eclypse® can be used on all wound types as either a primary or secondary dressing.

How long can you leave Eclypse® on for? Wear time will depend on the level of exudate. Daily changes may be required, but Eclypse® can be left in place for up to 7 days.
Can Eclypse® be cut? No, all Eclypse® dressings cannot be cut, the edges are sealed, cutting would lead to shedding of the internal components of the dressing. If you need to cut a dressing to size, a good option would be an Advazorb Foam Dressing.
What should I use to secure Eclypse®? Eclypse® and Eclypse Adherent® should be secured with the appropriate bandage system, i.e. tubular or compression. The Eclypse Border® dressings are self-adherent due to the soft silicone contact layer and the adhesive on the border, although additional securing can be used as mentioned above.
Can Eclypse® be used under compression? Yes Eclypse® can be used under compression. Eclypse® is soft and conforming and has the least effect on sub-bandage pressures when polymers in the dressing expanded. Can
